ABOUT DISTRICT COURT

District and session court Betul independently founded in year 1969 and first District and Sessions Judge was Sh M.M.Jincywale. District Court Betul Madhyapradesh is constructed in 1924-24, 1947-48 and 1948-49 two additional court room constructed.Year 2013 eight court room constructed in the campus. In civil court Multai in 1907 court were running in the tahsil building after in 1990-91 seperate court building created. In civil court Bhainsdehi 1954-55 court is running but building created 1990-91, and civil court court amla court is running in other building and building is sanctioned in 2016-2017.The Distrcit and Session Judges Betul were promoted as Justice of Hon'ble High court of Madhya Pradesh Sh.D.Suryawanshi, Sh. S.D. Jha, Sh. S.J Surana, Sh S.K. Chawla. Sh D.K. Paliwal who was Civil Judge class-I directly posted at Justice of Hon'ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh.
